At AZ Forensic Accountants, we understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Much of our work is conducted through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and email consultations. Because our schedule is carefully coordinated to serve multiple clients, timely communication regarding cancellations helps us manage our workflow efficiently and make appointment times available to others who may need assistance.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Providing advance notice allows us to continue delivering responsive, professional service to all of our clients. While we recognize that emergencies do occur, repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to schedule future engagements.
